英国国民卫生服务体系岗位评价模型在社区卫生服务机构的应用及对我国的启示 被引量:5

摘要 岗位评价是我国社区卫生服务机构实行岗位管理制度的前提和基础,也是保障社区卫生服务机构内部薪酬公平性的重要工具。目前我国社区卫生服务机构的岗位评价研究还处于起步阶段,而英国国民卫生服务体系(NHS)的岗位评价模型经过多年的研究与实践已逐步完善,对我国社区卫生服务机构岗位评价体系的建立具有重要的借鉴意义。本文对英国NHS岗位评价模型产生的背景、构建过程、要素体系以及在社区卫生服务机构中的具体实施等方面进行了简要介绍,并对我国社区卫生服务机构岗位评价体系的建立提出了相关建议。 Job evaluation is the premise and basis of post management and also the main tool for ensuring the internal compensation equity in community health care organizations.The UK National Health Service(NHS),after many years of practice and revisions,has gradually formed a mature system of job evaluation.By introducing the background,establishment,indicator system,and implementation of the job evaluation model in UK NHS,we tried to provide some useful information for the further improvement of job evaluation among community health care organizations in China.
