全科型乡镇卫生院卫生人员培训需求的个案研究

Demand of Medical Staff for Training in Township Hospital

目的通过对天津市宝坻区口东卫生院的卫生人员进行调查,了解全科型乡镇卫生院卫生人员的教育培训需求。方法以天津市宝坻区口东卫生院的卫生人员为研究对象,综合采用问卷调查法、团体深度访谈法与考核试卷分析收集资料。结果各类卫生技术人员缺乏全科医学与社区卫生服务相关知识与技能。结论应采取多种形式对该乡镇卫生院的卫生人员进行全科医学理论和社区卫生服务技能的系统培训。

Objective To investigate the demand of medical staff in township hospital for education training.Methods Medical staff from Tianjin Baodi District Koudong Township Hospital were enrolled as the subjects.Questionnaire survey,group interview and test were taken for collecting and analyzing data.Results All kinds of health technicians were to some extent ignorant about the knowledge and skills of general medicine and community health services.Conclusion Medical staff in township hospitals should be given,through multiple ways,systematic training on general practice theory and community health service skills.
