Study on the Construction of Law Practice Base

法学是一门实践性很强的社会学科,只有做到理论与实践有机结合,法学发展才能保持旺盛的生命力。法学实践基地的建设与完善,是法学实践教学依托的重要阵地。当前,法学实践基地的运行机制并不顺畅,形式化较为严重,严重制约着法学实践基地功能的发挥。只有建构双赢模式的实践基地,完善法学实践运行机制,才能切实实现法学在理论与实践之间的相互转换。

The science of law is a very practical social science; the development of law can maintain vitality only to do the combination of theory and practice. The construction and the improvement of the law practice-base is an important base for legal practice teaching. Currently, the mechanism of the law practice base doesn＇t run smoothly, the formalism is serious, which restricts the functioning of law practice base. In view of this, only in the way of effectively building win-win model base, can we improve the operational mechanism of law practice, and achieve the science of law＂ staring back and forth between theory and practice. ＂
