长江江砂开采现状及其合理利用途径初探

Current Situation of River Sand Mining and Ways of Rational Utilization of Yangtze River

长江两岸社会经济的不断发展,加大了对河道采砂石料的需求。2003年以来,在多种因素的影响下,长江中下游干流河道来沙量和可利用沙量锐减,江砂资源日趋紧缺。同时,在河道砂石料开采的过程中也出现了各种各样的问题,特别是非法开采严重破坏了长江流域的航行安全与生态环境,使河道采砂管理工作也面临新的挑战。如何合理利用河道砂石料服务于社会经济建设具有重要意义。在阐述长江河道采砂现状和需求的基础上,分析了采砂存在的问题并提出了合理利用江砂的对策,为采砂可行性论证和管理工作提供参考。

With economic and social development in two banks of Yangtze river,the demand for sand and stone is increasing.But because many factors influence,the sand is decreasing in main stream of down and middle Yangtze river since 2003,the resources of sand in Yangtze river becomes tenser day by day.And there are many problems of sand excavation in river,especially illegal excavation damage navigation safety and environment,the management of sand excavation in river is facing new challenge.Rational utilization sand for social economy construction is very important.This paper expounds situation and demand of sand excavation in Yangtze rive,analysis problem and puts forward countermeasure of rational utilization sand,to reference the feasibility demonstration and management of sand excavation in river.
