摘要
利用Brookfield粘度计测试了不同温度和不同粉胶比下70#基质沥青和70#改性沥青的胶浆粘度,分析了粉胶比和温度对沥青胶浆粘度和施工控制温度的影响,建立了粉胶比作为施工控制温度指标,得到不同粉胶比下沥青混合料的施工控制温度标准。结果表明:粉胶比和温度对沥青胶浆的粘温特性有重要影响,主导着沥青混合料的施工控制温度;随着粉胶比的增大,胶浆粘度升高,粉胶比与胶浆粘度及其对数间具有良好的指数函数和线性函数相关性;随着温度的升高,沥青胶浆粘度降低,温度与胶浆粘度间具有很好的乘幂函数相关性。
The Brookfield viscometer was used to test the viscosity of asphalt mortars of 70# base asphalt and modified asphalt with different filler-asphalt ratios and temperatures,the influence of the filler-asphalt ratio and temperature on the viscosity of asphalt mortar and the construction temperature was analyzed,the filler-asphalt ratio as a temperature control indicator in construction was established,and the standard of the temperature control for asphalt mixture was obtained under different filler-asphalt ratios.The results show that the filler-asphalt ratio and the temperature have significantly impacts on the viscosity-temperature properties of asphalt mortar,they play a main function for temperature control in the construction of asphalt mixture.The viscosity of asphalt mortar will increase with the increasing of filler-asphalt ratio,the relationship of filler-asphalt ratio and viscosity and the relationship of their logarithm have a good relevance exponential function and a linear function respectively.The viscosity of asphalt mortar will decrease with the temperature increasing,the relationship of temperature and viscosity have a very good power function relevance.6 tabs,5 figs,13 refs.
