溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量处理对淡色库蚊吸血影响的初步观察

Effects of Sublethal Dosages of Deltamethrin of the Blood-feeding Activity of Culex pipions pallens.

用溴氰菊酯亚致死剂量浓度,分别浸泡纱布、接触药面、点滴处理成蚊以及处理幼虫后,观察对成蚊吸血活动的影响。结果表明,用溴氰菊酯浸泡纱布、点滴处理成蚊,对其吸血活动具有明显的降低作用,成蚊死亡率与处理剂量成正比,而吸血率与所用剂量成反比。接触药面及处理幼虫,对成蚊、幼虫的死亡率与用药量成正比,但对吸血率影响却不明显。

Culex pipiens pallens were exposed as adults and fourth instar larvae to the sublethal dosages of deltamethrin by impregnated mesh net fibres, topical appication, contaction, and treated larvae. The sublethal dosages of the deltamethrin could could cause inhibition of blood eudorgement of the females by impregnated net fibres and topical application, but did not by contacted and treated larvae. The experimental results showed that there were an effects of Deltamethrin on the blood feeding activity of the mosquito females.
