This paper describes the factors of underground operators＇ unsafe behavior, and evaluates and analy- ses underground operators＇ unsafe behavior comprehensively based on the all the staffs of 3212 working face in Qian - yingzi coal mine as the research object. And this paper obtains that coal enterprises should achieve following several points Cultivating employee＇ ownership; Strengthening safety training, building the safety culture; Raising the level of mechanization of coal mining, creating a safe and comfortable workplace for the staffs.
