摘要
阐述了井下作业人员不安全行为的影响因素,以钱营孜煤矿3212工作面所有工作人员作为研究对象,对井下作业人员不安全行为进行综合评价和分析,得出煤炭企业应该做到:培养员工的主人翁精神;加强安全培训,建设安全文化;提高煤矿的机械化水平,给员工创造一个安全、舒适的作业场所。
This paper describes the factors of underground operators' unsafe behavior, and evaluates and analy- ses underground operators' unsafe behavior comprehensively based on the all the staffs of 3212 working face in Qian - yingzi coal mine as the research object. And this paper obtains that coal enterprises should achieve following several points Cultivating employee' ownership; Strengthening safety training, building the safety culture; Raising the level of mechanization of coal mining, creating a safe and comfortable workplace for the staffs.
