火电厂锅炉过热器再热器可靠性及防泄漏措施

Reliability and Prevention Measures of Superheater and Reheater in Power Plant Boiler

火力发电厂锅炉"四管"的安全稳定运行直接与发电机组的安全、稳定、经济运行联系在一起,火电机组一旦发生"四管"泄漏就只能被迫停炉,进行抢修,严重影响火力发电厂的正常生产,造成巨大的经济损失。结合洛河发电厂2010年至2011年1～6号炉机组运行的情况,分析了影响锅炉过热器和再热器运行可靠性的各种因素,提出了运行检修注意事项以及提高过热器、再热器可靠性的措施。

For the ＂Four Tubes＂ of thermal power plant boilers,safe and stable economic operation is closely related to the safe and stable operation of generating units.Thermal power units upon the occurrence of leakage of ＂four tube＂ will have to take forced shutdown,be repaired,causing a lot of economic losses.This paper analyzes the operation situation of Luohe Power Plant in 2010 and 2011 1～6 furnace,and the impact of superheater and reheater reliability of various factors,puts forward matters needing attention and measures to improve the operation and maintenance of superheater and reheater reliability.
