A Transformer Hidden Fault Diagnosis Based on the Oil Chromatographic Analysis

通过油中溶解气体色谱分析方法,对1台110kV变压器油色谱的异常情况进行了分析,推断其潜伏性故障的性质及发展趋势,为变压器的故障诊断和后期检修提供了重要的参考依据,并结合变压器返厂检修和吊罩检查结果对色谱数据进行了进一步的分析和说明,提出完善变压器油色谱监测和加强运行维护工作的建议。

The abnormal case of the chromatogram of a 110 kV transformer oil was analyzed with analyzing the dissolved gas chromatogram.The character and tendency of the hidden trouble was deduced,which provided important information for a right diagnosis and overhaul of the transformer faults in the later stage.And the data of the chromatogram was further explained according to the final conclusion of the overhaul.
