摘要
为了寻找一种接近开关用于对铁磁性物质的检测,设计了基于锑化铟磁敏电阻的接近开关。介绍了它的工作原理和信号处理电路,并对不同径向间距对应的动作距离特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,径向间距为4mm时,接近开关性能最佳,此时接近开关动作距离为8.14mm,回差距离为0.05mm,重复定位精度小于0.04mm。该接近开关灵敏度高,开关动态特性较好,可适应于工作频率0~5kHz范围内的铁磁性物质检测。
A proximity switch based on InSb magneto-resistance(MR) was designed for the detection of ferromagnetic material.The working principle and signal processing circuit of the switch are introduced in this paper.The characteristics of action-distance corresponding to the different radial-clearance are discussed.The experiment result shows the performance of the proximity switch is the best when the radial-clearance is 4 mm(at this moment,its action-distance is 8.14 mm,hysteresis-distance is 0.05 mm and repeating location accuracy is better than 0.04 mm).The proximity switch has high sensitivity and better dynamic characteristics,and is suitable for measuring ferromagnetic substances,whose working frequency is 0~5 kHz.
