摘要 采用基于巨磁阻技术(GMR)的TLE5011芯片和PIC18F2480单片机设计角度传感器。利用CORDIC算法在PIC18F单片机上快速实现三角函数运算,对TLE5011采集到的磁场方位数据进行反正切计算,求出踏板的旋转角度。通过CAN总线将信息传递给发动机ECU。该方案能更广泛的应用于各种角度测量场合。与传统的磁性传感器相比,其灵敏度、线性度和可靠性好,测量范围更宽,且体积小、成本低。 The angle sensor was designed by the chip TLES011 with the technology GMR (Giant Magneto Resistance) and the MCU chip PIC18F2480. With the CORDIC algorithm, trigonometric function can be calculated fast by the MCU PIC18F. The data collected by TLES011 can be translated by the algorithm of arctangent. The rotation angle of the accelerator pedal can be obtained. The message can be transmitted to ECU by CAN-BUS. This design can be widely applied to many kinds of angle detection. Compared with the traditional magnetic sensor, it provides better linearity, sensitivity and reliability, and more widely detection range, smaller volume and lower cost.
