冷挤压工艺有限元模拟参数灵敏度分析

Parameters Sensitivity Analysis of Cold Extrusion Based on FEM

通过对正挤压的有限元模拟实验,并对模拟数据进行处理,然后作出输出参数对输入参数的灵敏度分析,得到对输出参数影响最关键的输入参数是凹模锥角和毛坯高径比,摩擦因子对输出参数有一定影响。

The forward extrusion was simulated by FEM and the simulation data of the output and input parameters were analyzed.The results show that the key input parameters influencing the output parameters are the die angle and the ratio of height to diameter,the rub factor has a certain influence on the output parameters.
