摘要
随着城市的发展和人民生活水平的提高,城区内部的用电负荷越来越大,原来通过郊区变电站向主城区供电的方案已不能适应当前及未来的需求。根据合肥电网建设规划,近年将有多座变电站需要建设在城区内,这种大型变压器深入市区的供电方式,有效地解决了城区内供电能力不足的矛盾,但同时也带来了变压器噪音与环境保护的相关问题。为此,合肥供电公司积极开展变电站声环境监测与分析,并结合国内外经验,提出了可行性解决方案。
As the development of the city and the increasing of people′s living standard,the inside electrical load of the city is growing bigger.So the original city power supply way of using the suburbs′ transformer substation cannot adapt to current and future city power requirements.According to the construction plan of Hefei grid,there will be several transformer substations built in the city in a couple of years.Though this power supply way of using large-scale transformer substation inside the city effectively resolves the problem of the insufficient power supply,meanwhile,it also brings some environmental problems,especially the transformer′s noise.Therefore,Hefei Power Supply Company starts to carry out the acoustic environmental monitoring and analysis of the transformer substations.And,by referring to the domestic and international experience,a feasible resolvable project is proposed.
