摘要
吹灰器是目前解决燃煤锅炉运行积灰、结焦的主要手段。本文分析了锅炉中常见的蒸汽吹灰器、燃气脉冲激波吹灰器、声波吹灰器及气体激波吹灰器的工作原理、技术特点和应用范围,阐述了对锅炉不同位置使用不同型式吹灰器的建议。
Sootblowers are the main solutions to the problem of soot formation and coking during operation of coal fueled boilers.The essay analyzes working principles,technology characteristics and range of applications of common steam sootblowers,gas pulse shock sootblowers,sound waves sootblowers and gas shock sootblowers.It raises a proposal that different types of sootblowers should be used in different positions of boilers.
