摘要
合肥第二发电厂风烟系统配备的一次风机,运行中发现其选型不合理、风量裕度过大,并导致了风机进口挡板节流损失大、振动大以及风机并列运行易失速等种种问题。为此,进行了一次风机技术改造,通过试验确定风机选型参数,并在机组检修中实施。一次风机改造后的热态试验表明:消除了喘振现象;振动、噪音有显著的降低;经济效益显著。
The primary air fan equipped with air supply and exhaust vents in Hefei NO.2 Power Plant has been discovered that its lectotype is inappropriate and the air quantity margin is too big in operations,which leads to too much loss in air supply baffle plate,over vibrating and easily losing speed when wind machines work together,etc.Therefore,there is the technological transformation for the primary air fan,which is to work out the model parameters of the wind machine by the test and carry out in repair and maintenance.The thermal test shows the surging vibration is removed;vibration and noise are reduced considerably;the operation is more cost-effective obviously.
