摘要
车用金属带行星齿轮无级变速传动系统 ,具有结构简单、速比变化范围宽 (可超过 2 5~ 30 )的优点 ,是目前国际上广泛进行研究的一种较理想的新型传动装置。本文详细阐述了其传动机理和功率流程 ,并通过速比调控规律的分析 ,揭示了系统于同步转换点处发生振动的内在原因 。
Due to the potential benefits of a metal pushing belt, planetary gear continuously variable transmission system (CVT), there has been considerable developmental activity in this area in recent years. Development of the transmission/engine control strategies is based on detailed dynamic models and computer simulation of the transmission system. In the paper, the mechanism of this transmission system was described in detail. Approach to the vibration problem of a metal pushing belt, planetary gear continuously variable transmission system in the synchronous point, the authors think that the change rate of variable speed ratio of the CVT is one of the most important factors. The magnitude of vibration is in reverse proportion to the value of the parameter of the planetary gear, and in direct proportion to the change rate.
