瑞舒伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法 60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为瑞舒伐他汀组(治疗组)及对照组。采用免疫浊度法检测两组患者治疗前后血浆C反应蛋白水平并比较两组治疗的总有效率。结果两组治疗前后C反应蛋白水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。治疗组显效21例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率为96.0%;对照组显效15例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率为73.0%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可显著降低不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆C反应蛋白水平,改善冠心病患者的预后。 Objective To investigate the effects of rosuvastatin on plasma level of C-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods We studied 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris.Patients were randomly assigned to rosuvastatin group and control group.In the rosuvastatin group,the patients received rosuvastatin tablets 10mg.The level of C-reactive protein before and after rosuvastatin oral administation for 4 weeks were detected by turbidmetric immunoassay.Results The level of plasma C-reactive protein of both groups were decreased markedly,a significant decrease of plasma C-reactive protein level were observed after taking atorvastatin for 4 weeks(P0.05).In the rosuvastatin group,there were effectual for 21,effective for 8 and ineffective for 1,the total effective rate was 96.0%.In the control group,there were effectual for 15,effective for 7 and ineffective for 8,the total effective rate was 73.0%.A significant increase of the total effective rate were observed in the rosuvastatin group compared with that of control group.Conclusion Rosuvastatin could effectively decrease the level of plasma C-reactive protein and improve the prognosis of the paients with unstable angina pectoris.
