摘要
介绍了在 EQ6 1 0 0发动机上模拟活塞缸套间隙异常时的试验结果。主要测取了在不同的转速、活塞缸套间隙、测点时的故障信号 ,并用时域、频域分析法进行了分析比较。通过分析 ,得出了活塞敲缸故障的诊断特征参数 ,为定性定量地诊断该故障提供了理论依据。试验表明
Breakdown diagnosis of reciprocating machinery is a very difficult and popular problem. Some test results to deal with this problem are presented in this paper. The breakdown of wear and tear previously designed on piston liners of an EQ6100 model gasoline engine is diagnosed by means of vibration diagnostic mechanism. Breakdown signals of main tests on different speed, piston liner clearance, test spot were analyzed by spectral analysis method and compared with normal and abnormal signals. As a result, the characteristic parameters and the identifying methods of breakdown are given. At the same time, a theoretical basis for qualitative analysis is provided. The authors believe that it is feasible to detect the breakdown of piston liner wear and tear by vibration analysis.
