摘要 在自由式磨料磨损试验机上对具有优良减粘性能的超高分子量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)进行了试验 ,评价了两种高聚物材料的抗磨料磨损性能 ,通过磨损表面形态分析 。 Free abrasive wear characteristics of two polymers, UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), which have the better anti adhesion ability, were examined with JMM rotary disc type abrasion test machine at two sliding velocities and using various abrasive materials. Their abrasion resistance was evaluated. The micro mechanism of the effects of the sliding velocity and abrasive materials on the abrasion of two polymers was analyzed through the observation of their abraded surfaces by the scanning electron microscopy.
