时钟法在超声定位诊断外伤性虹膜病变中的应用价值

The application value of ultrasonic clock method in the diagnosis of traumatic iris lesions

目的探讨时钟法在超声定位诊断外伤性虹膜病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析运用时钟法在冠状切面定位诊断外伤性虹膜病变33例(33眼)患者的超声声像图资料,并与临床裂隙灯显微镜检查或手术结果进行比较。结果超声检查能清晰显示和诊断外伤性虹膜病变,不同部位具有不同的超声声像图表现。时钟法定位诊断外伤性虹膜病变基于冠状切面,该平面与临床裂隙灯显微镜检查或手术中直视的平面一致,可比性好。33例33只眼中有28例28只眼超声时钟法定位诊断外伤性虹膜病变与裂隙灯显微镜检查及手术结果相符,符合率为84.8%(28/33)。结论时钟法定位诊断外伤性虹膜病变能为临床提供清晰直观的影像依据,为临床选择合适的治疗方式提供帮助。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of the ultrasonic clock method（UCM）in the diagnosis of traumatic iris lesions.Methods Retrospective analysis of the ultrasound images on coronal section using the UCM was performed including 33 patients（33 eyes） with traumatic iris lesions.Comparisons were made between the UCM findings and clinical microscopic examination or surgical results.Results The UCM can clearly display and diagnose the traumatic iris lesions.Lesions with different positions had different ultrasound manifestations.The diagnosis made by UCM was based on the coronal section,which was the same plane used in clinical microscopic examination and surgery.Therefore,it offered us a good comparability of UCM and clinical microscopic examination or surgery with a coincidence rate of 84.8%（28/33）.Conclusion UCM could provide clear images in a simple way,which may help ophthalmologists make an appropriate therapy for patients with traumatic iris lesions.
