肾管状囊性癌超声表现一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，45岁，因主诉“体检发现右。肾占位3周入院”入院。既往血压正常，无头痛、头晕，无腰痛、发热、尿频、尿急等症状。患者于入院前3周体检行超声检查发现右肾下极占位（大小40mm×40mm），进一步行双。肾CT平扫及增强：右肾下极占位，无明显强化（图1，2）。我院行超声检查示：右肾下极见一大小44mm×41mm的团状等回声，界尚清，
