摘要
综述了金渠金矿对现浮选尾矿、氰渣以及老尾矿库尾矿中有价组分综合回收利用技术研究与应用情况。首次使用"旋流器+氰化"流程对浮选尾矿进行回收,使金选矿回收率从91.5%提高到94.8%,在氰渣浮选中,成功进行了金铜分选;浮选尾矿应用"全泥氰化+氰尾选硫"综合回收工艺,为尾矿资源的综合开发利用提供了一条新思路。
The studying and application situation of recovering resources from the current flotation tailings,cyanide residue and the tailings in the old tailing pond are summarized.The cyclone and cyanidation is used to recover gold for the first time and it improves the gold recovery rate from 91.5%to 94.8%.The flotation techniques of cyanide residue can recover copper and gold separately.The old tailings is treated by all sliming cyanidation then floating pyrite techniques.These methods provide a new way to comprehensively recover resources from tailings.
