摘要
EPC也叫设计采购施工总承包,承担了集设计、采购、施工、试车等全部建设过程中的成本控制、进度控制、质量控制、安全保障的全部责任和风险,国内一般采用议标形式定价,这与一般投标方式定价有明显区别,本文就EPC项目特点,提出了EPC报价的策略。
EPC,is also called design procurement construction contract,undertakes all the responsibility and risk of cost control, schedule control,quality control,security assurance during the design,procurement,construction and all the process of construction.The negotiation tendering is generally used to set the price of project in China,which has dramatically difference from other ways of tender offer.The tender offer strategy of EPC is proposed in this paper based on the characteristics of EPC projects.
