On the Innovation of University offices' Party-building Work from the Perspective of Scientific Outlook on Development

高校机关担负着学校管理和服务职能,是学校党政决策的执行部门。因此,如何做好机关的党建工作,促进机关各项事业的开展,是机关党组织的重要工作内容。高校机关党组织所处的位置决定了高校机关党建工作有其自身的规律和特有的作用。按照科学发展观的要求,高校机关党建工作要围绕学校党委的中心工作,以提高干部素质为核心,创新机关党建理念、党建机制、党建载体,不断增强管理能力和服务意识。

University offices,as executive departments of various decisions,are responsible for the whole university＇s administration and service.Therefore,the good work of their party-building that can promote lots of official undertakings is extremely important.The position of university offices decides that it must have its own rules and special functions.According to the requirement of scientific outlook on development,the party-building work should be always centering on university party committee to improve their quality,innovate party-building theory,party-building mechanism,party-building medium,and continuously enhance their management ability and service consciousness.
