巢湖地区洪涝灾害成因及抗灾减灾对策

Reasons of Flood Disaster in Chaohu Area and Its Control Way

洪涝灾害是制约安徽省沿江地区农业经济持续稳定发展的障碍因素。笔者总结了洪涝灾害对巢湖地区造成的危害 ,分析了洪涝灾害发生规律及成因 ,提出了工程设施措施 。

The disastrous flood was a hindrance that restricted the agricultural production in the area. In the paper, the occurrence situation of the disastrous flood since 1949 was summed up; its principle and reason were analyzed and the technical measures for the integrated control were suggested.
