用人工有性杂交、单株选择、系统选育的方法育成桑树新品种 80 0 1。多年、多点区试鉴定结果表明 :80 0 1桑品种公顷桑叶产量 ,10 0kg桑产茧量均比对照湖桑 3 2有显著提高 ,且养蚕经过缩短 ,桑叶叶质成分优于对照 ,是一个农艺性状好。

With the method of crossing breeding, new mulberry variety——8001 was selected. The experiment in many plots for many years showed that the output of the leaf and cocoon yield per 100 kg leaf of 8001 had obviously raised more than those of Husang 32 and the silkworm rearing period was shorten more than the check's. It was a super quality mulberry variety with good agronomic characters and strong resistance.
