摘要
通过对不同产地的 2 6种 90个蔬菜样品中叶酸含量的研究 ,初步揭示了蔬菜叶酸含量的影响因子 ;给出了叶酸含量较高的 8种蔬菜 ,分别是东风菜、马蹄叶、山尖子菜、山茄子、柳蒿芽、刺五加皮。
The content of fohic acid in 90 samples of 26 vegetable species from different areas were studied.The iufluence on folic acid content in vegetable was discussed.The highest folic acid contents of eight vegetable were listed.
