手性有机基团修饰的介孔分子筛MCM-41的合成

摘要 自1992年问世以来,基于介孔分子筛MCM-41的有机-无机复合材料一直是领域研究热点之一。本文按照文献方法以水玻璃为原料制备出MCM-41,并对其孔腔进行化学修饰,即通过两步反应成功引入手性化合物,(1R,2R)-(-)-1,2-环己二胺和(1R,2R)-(+)-二苯基乙二胺。并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)及元素分析等手段对所得材料进行了表征。 Mesoporous molecular sieve(MCM-41)-based organic-inorganic hybrid materials are currently under intense investigations since its discovery in 1992.In this paper,MCM-41 was prepared according to literature method through using sodium silicate as starting materials,and two chiral compounds,(1R,2R)-(-)-1,2-diaminocyclehexane and(1R,2R)-(+)-diphenylethylenediamine,were introduced into the cavities of MCM-41 as its chemical modification.The resultant materials are well characterized by scanning electron micrographs(SEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),infrared(IR) and element analysis(EA).
