摘要
指纹识别的技术实现,其理论基础就是光电数字图像处理,故采集到的指纹图像的质量好坏对后续图像处理的难易至关重要。设计出清晰、畸变小甚至无畸变的指纹识别镜头是制造指纹识别仪的关键。随着光学加工技术的发展,目前非球面镜片已广泛应用于光电产品的各个领域,本文采用普通材质的棱镜及非球面透镜,可使指纹采集系统的畸变控制在0.2%以内。
Fingerprint identification technology is based on the theory of photoelectric digital image processing,so the fingerprint image quality is important to the following image processing.Therefore,the key point of a fingerprint identification instrument is how to design an optical system for fingerprint,which has clear and distortionless image.With the development of optical manufacture technology,the aspheric lens is widely used in fields of photoelectric products.In this paper,we used the prism and the aspheric lens with common materials,and make distortion of the fingerprint acquisition optical system less than 0.2%.
