溴敌隆杀灭家栖鼠的效果观察

0.5/万溴敌隆毒饵对怀化市区不同场所的灭鼠效果,以招待所(旅社)和单身职工宿舍最佳(94.2%、93.6%),明显高于饲养禽畜宿舍(77.7%);对小家鼠的效果(95.1%)高于褐家鼠(86.9%),对黄胸鼠的效果(81.8%)与褐家鼠无明显差异,对黄胸鼠与小家鼠的效果差异非常显著;一楼灭鼠效果(85.0%)明显低于二楼(93.3%),饲养禽畜宿舍灭效(77.7%)明显低于普通家属宿舍(92.4%),这与前者对饲料保管不善,影响鼠类盗食毒饵有关。溴敌隆杀灭小家鼠的效果(95.1%)明显优于杀鼠降(81.4%)。试验表明,溴敌隆是当前杀灭小家鼠的首选药物之一。

The experiment on control of domestic Rodents by 0.005% of Bromadioline Bait are conducting at different place and different areas in Huai Hua city. The results showed that there are best result were attained at Hotel and single staff dormitory, respectively 95.1% and 93.6%. It is more higher than that of the poultry farms, …77.7%. It has significent control effect for Mus musculus…95.1%, and It has less effect for Ruttus Flavipectus. It found out that the best result could get at second floor compared that with first floor and poultry farm place, When use it for control domestic Rodents. The experiments showed that Bromadioline is the best Rodenticide Bait for control Mus musculus.
