摘要
利用高效液相色谱建立了道地区域产地射干的色谱指纹图谱。采用反相eclipse XDB-C8(250mm(4.6mm,5um,Agi-lengt Zorbax),流动相:水/乙腈梯度洗脱,检测波长为266nm,流速1.0ml/min进行实验。根据相对保留时间和相对峰面积值对色谱指纹图谱进行分析对比研究,首次建立了控制道地区域射干药材的质量的新方法。该方法为中药样品的鉴定提供了较全面的信息,为HPLC在复杂组分的样品分析领域开拓了新的应用途径。
The chromatographic fingerprint of Belamcanda ehinensis (L.) DC from genuine medicinal materials areais estab- lished by high performance liquid chromatography. The testing method involves a RP clipse XDB - C8 (250mm (4. 6mm, 5um, Agilengt Zorbax), a mobile phase of water and aeetonitrile gradiently.
