复方木尼孜其治疗女性迟发性痤疮的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Muniziqi Granules for Late-onset Female Patients with Acne

目的:观察维药复方木尼孜其颗粒治疗女性迟发性痤疮的疗效。方法:将128例痤疮患者随机分为两组。治疗组65例口服复方木尼孜其颗粒。对照组63例口服一清胶囊和维生素B6治疗,治疗时间为28天。并进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为85.29%和65%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义,且治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:复方木尼孜其颗粒治疗女性迟发性痤疮效果较好。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of compound Muniziqi granule in the treatment of late - onset female pa- tients with acne. Methods： 128 cases of acne patient were randomly divided into two groups. 68 cases of treatment group to oral the compound Muniziqi granule. 60 cases of control group to oral Yiqing capsule and vitamin B6. The treatment time was 28 days and effect evaluation. Results： The total effective of treatment group and control group is 85. 29% and 65% . The differences of two groups in efficacy have statistics significance, and the treatment groups dont have adverse reactions. Conclusion： The effect of treating late - onset female with acne by compound Muniziqi granule is better.
