摘要
近年来，随着人们对乳腺癌生物学行为的了解、乳腺癌诊断治疗技术的进步、以及新的高效药物的不断问世，乳腺癌的诊治发生了巨大的变革。曾以外科治疗为主要手段的单一诊治模式已经转变为个体化的综合治疗模式，内分泌治疗、放射治疗、化疗以及靶向治疗日益发挥重要作用，但乳腺癌的外科治疗仍不可替代，是所有治疗步骤中最重要的一环。目前仍有必要时刻重视乳腺癌的外科治疗规范，从而更好的运用外科手段。
