云南省洱源县右所镇蚊类乙脑病毒的分离与鉴定

The Isolation and Identification of Japanese B Encephalitis Virus From Mosquitoes at Yousuo-town Eryan-county of Yunnan Province

于1986年5月至1988年2月,在洱源县右所镇设点,进行蚊虫季节消长观察及病毒分离。结果从中华按蚊、麻翅库蚊、三带喙库纹及纹腿库蚊中分离到乙脑病毒8株。麻翅库蚊是国内首次证实的乙脑带病毒蚊种。三带喙库蚊的季节消长、病毒检出时间与乙脑流行高峰相一致,认为是当地乙脑的主要传播媒介。中华按蚊出现早、消失晚、数量多,密度高峰与乙脑流行时间相吻合,而且从该蚊种检出的病毒最多、时限最长,因此认为,该蚊不仅是当地乙脑的重要传播媒介,并在乙脑病毒的常年保存和传播中起重要作用。

In 1986-1987, 8 strains of virus were isolated from 4 species of mosquitoes, Anopheles sinensis, Culex bilaeniorhyuchus, C. tritdeniorhynchus, C. theileri. All the 8 viruses could cause illness and death in suckling or 3 weeks old mice, produced evident CPE, in C6/36 cell. By HA, HI, CF and NT tests, all isolates were proved as Japanese B encephalitis(JBE)virus It suggested that the C, tritaeniorhynchus and An. sinensis might be main vectors at Yousuo-town, and JBE virus isolation from C. bitaeniorhynchus is first report in China.
