诺毕速灭松和速灭灵对蚊、蝇的灭效观察 被引量:1

摘要 诺毕速灭松乳油经实验室试验表明,空间喷雾按6ml/m^3(每m^3含杀螟松30mg和胺菊酯3mg)对淡色库蚊和家蝇的KT_(50)分别为3.27和2.60分钟,24小时死亡率均达100%;经现场按同等剂量处理1~24小时后,能使蚊蝇密度下降87.8~100%。速灭灵经实验室按0.16ml/m^3(含右旋苯醚菊酯4mg/m^3)空间喷雾,对蚊蝇的KT_(50)分别为7.80和4.48分钟,24小时死亡率均达100%;现场按同等剂量处理1~24小时后,蚊蝇密度下降76.4~100%。上述两种杀虫剂对蚊蝇具有很好的击倒作用和杀灭能力。但速灭灵在每m^3仅用4mg时,效果略低于诺毕速灭松杀虫剂。 Laboratory space spraying of Sumithion in the KT50 were 3.27 and 2.6 min respectively and the mortalities of 24 hours were all 100 peroent for Culex pipiens pallens and Musce domestica vicina at 6ml/m^3 (including fenithion 30mg and tetramethrin 3mg/m^3). The densities of mosquitoes and flies could be reduced 87.8-100% after treatment with same dose for 1-24 hours. Space spraying of Sumithrin in laboratory, the KT_(50) were 7.8 and 4.48 min respectively for mosquitoes and flies and the mortalities of 24 hours were all 100% at 0.16ml/m^3 (including d-phenothrin 4mg/m^3). The densities of mosquitoes and flies could be reduced 76.4-100% in the field after treated with same dose for 1-24 hours. These two kinds of insecticide had powerful function of knockdowning and killing, while, the effects of Sumithrin was not as high as Sumithion at concentration of 4mg/m^3.
