摘要
本文在对河北省战略性新兴产业发展及应用型人才状况进行充分调研的基础上,对河北省新兴产业人才队伍现状、特征进行了梳理和分析,对河北省新兴产业应用型人才需求及供给方面存在的问题进行了归纳。针对新兴产业需求与人才供给信息不对称、专业结构设置与产业发展错位、人才培养模式落后、教师知识老化及应用型人才综合素质有待提高等问题,提出了建设河北省新兴产业应用型人才支撑体系的可行性建议。
This paper makes an analysis of current situation and the characteristics of personnel with practical skills in emerging industries in Hebei province. Meanwhile, it highlights the requirement and supply of the talents in new emerging industry. Directing to the problems such as dissymmetry between requirement of emerging industries and talents supply, dislocation between professional structure and industrial development, outdated talents training mode, unpopular knowledge and the low comprehensive qualities of the talents, this paper puts forward an available sug- gestions on the supporting system construction concerned.
