摘要 电机是工业系统中的主要动力输出和耗电设备,发展电机节能和在线监测技术具有重要意义。主要介绍了非侵入式电机能效监测软件系统的组成、设计方法和实现的功能,通过对电机运行状态信息的采集和分析,实现了对电机转速、转矩、功率因数、效率等运行参数的在线监测,并对监测结果进行分析,为电机能源管理提供支持。利用C#编程完成串口通讯,labview8.5完善监控界面,SQL server 2005建立电机监控数据库。实验结果表明该系统运行可靠,操作简单,安全性高。 The motor is the main powerful output and power-consumption equipment in industrial system.It is of great significance to develop motor's energy conservation and on-line monitoring technology.In this paper,the non-invasive on-line monitoring system for energy efficiency of motor was introduced.By collecting and analyzing the running state information of the motor,the motor's speed,torque,power factor,efficiency and other parameters were obtained by the on-line monitoring.Then the monitoring results were analyzed to provide support for motor's energy management.Serial communication was achieved by C#.Monitoring interface was perfected by LabVIEW8.5 and motor's monitoring database was established by SQL server 2005.The experimental results show that the system is reliable with easy operation and high security.
