摘要
在知识经济时代,知识团队对企业的重要性不言而喻。由于知识团队对企业的创新能力的提高有着重要作用,目前对知识型团队的管理成为研究的热点。本文通过文献研究得知知识型团队与企业创新能力的关系,进而结合最新研究动态得出知识型团队的高效管理途径,以期对我国企业的知识型团队有效管理和企业创新能力的提高起到一定作用。
In the knowledge-based economy age,it goes without saying that the significance of the knowledge-based team for an enterprise.Since knowledge-based team plays an important role in improving innovation ability of enterprises,at the present time,the research of management of the knowledge-based team has become a hot spot.Through literature study we learn that the relationship between knowledge-based team and innovation ability of enterprises,furthermore we integrate recent research updates and come up with the approach to manage the team efficiently,hoping that it can be sort of conducive to improve our ability to manage the team in a more efficient way and thus promote our enterprise′s innovation ability in our country.
