摘要
从印染厂排出的废水中分离筛选出能以4种不同结构类型的染料(刚果红、美蓝、孔雀绿和活性艳蓝)为唯一碳源的菌株,并对其进行生理生化鉴定.在震荡培养条件下对菌株的脱色反应条件进行研究,在温度因素下筛选出相对脱色能力最强的菌株,并对其进行剩余脱色反应条件的研究.结果表明,第一次筛选出6种菌株并命名为A3、B1、B3、B5、B6、B7,第二次筛选的菌株为B1,当刚果红、美蓝、孔雀绿及活性艳蓝KN-R的pH为8.5、7.5、8.5、8.5,温度为42℃、20℃、28℃、20℃,接种量2%、8%、8%、3%,培养时间为8 h、10 h、5 h、6 h时B1菌对染料的脱色率最强.
The strains that could use four kinds of dyes(Congo Red,Malachite Green,Methylene Blue,and Reactive Blue) as sole carbon source were screened from printing and dyeing wastewater.The physiological and biochemical identification were done.The bleaching reaction conditions under the conditions in shock training were studied,the relative degradation of the strongest strains were selected under temperature conditions,and the remaining of the bleaching reaction conditions were done.The results show that the first screening,six kinds of bacteria were filtered out and named as A3,B1,B3,B5,B6,B7,the second screening was B1 bacteria who had the strongest bleaching of the dye effection when the Congo red,blue,malachite green and reactive brilliant blue KN-R's pH is 8.5,7.5,8.5,8.5,Temperature is 42 ℃,20 ℃,28 ℃,20 ℃,inoculum is 2%,8%,8%,3%,incubation time is 8 h,10 h,5 h,6 h.
