补肾方剂对小鼠胎盘单胺氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察补肾方剂对胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)模型孕鼠胎盘单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法孕鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、左归丸组、右归丸组、五子衍宗丸组、四君子汤组、四物汤组、八珍汤组、正常+左归丸组,40%乙醇致胎儿IUGR模型,模型组和正常组予生理盐水灌胃,各治疗组分别在造模同时予相应方药水煎液灌胃,11 d后检测各组孕鼠胎盘组织MAO活性。结果 40%乙醇致IUGR的母体胎盘组织MAO活性明显降低(P<0.01),补肾阴方左归丸、平补肾方五子衍宗丸及气血双补方八珍汤对IUGR模型孕鼠胎盘组织MAO活性降低有明显回升作用(P<0.05或P<0.01);补气方四君子汤、补血方四物汤、补肾阳方右归丸对IUGR模型孕鼠胎盘组织MAO活性降低无作用。结论平补肾方、补肾阴方和气血双补方可通过对抗酒精抑制的MAO活性,起到保护胎儿、保证胚胎正常发育的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of tonifying kidney prescription on the activity of monoamine oxidase(MAO) in placenta tissue of mice with intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR).Methods The pregnant mice were randomly divided into 9 groups.The control group was fed normally.Another control group was fed by Zuoguiwan(ZGW,a prescription for reinforcing kidney yin).The model mice of IUGR was induced by feeding alcohol.In other 6 experiment groups,the pregnant mice were induced by feeding alcohol and fed respectively by ZGW,Youguiwan(YGW,a prescription for reinforcing kidney yang),Wuziyanzongwan(WZYZW,a prescription for reinforcing both of kidney yang and kidney yin),Sijunzi decoction(SJZD,a prescription for supplementing Qi),Siwu decoction(SWD,a prescription for supplementing blood),Bazhen decoction(BZD,a prescription for supplementing Qi and blood) respectively.The activity of MAO in placenta tissue was detected.Results The activity of MAO in placenta tissue of mice with IUGR was lower(P0.01).ZGW,WZYZW and BZD enhanced the activity of MAO in placenta tissue of IUGR mice(P0.05,P0.01).SJZD,SWD and YGW had no effect on it.Conclusion Prescription for tonifying kidney can guarantee the normal development of embryos by enhancing the activity of MAO in placenta tissue of mice with IUGR.
