摘要
目的星点设计优选五味子的提取工艺。方法以五味子醇甲的含量为指标,乙醇浓度、溶剂倍量、回流提取时间为考察因素,采用星点设计-效应面法优选提取工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果最佳提取工艺为:以原药材重量10倍的65%乙醇回流提取160 min。二项式拟合复相关系数较高,r=0.972 8,提取率预测值与理论值偏差率为-0.85%。结论星点设计-效应面法优选五味子提取工艺方法简单、精密度高、预测性好,可为提取五味子中五味子醇甲的生产工艺提供参考。
Objective To obtain the optimal extraction process of schizandrin in Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus.Methods Independent variables were ethanol concentration,reflux time and solvent fold,dependent variable was the amount of schizandrin.Central composite design/ response surface methodology was carried out by comparing the observed and predicted values.Results The optimum conditions of extraction process were 65% ethanol,160 min for reflux,and 10 flod solvent.Regression coefficients of binomial fitting complex model was 0.972 8.Bias between observed values and predicted values was-0.85%.Conclusion The optimum model is highly predictive.This method can be used as a reference for the extraction of Schisandra Chinensis Fructus.
