两次移植提高反复体外受精-胚胎移植失败患者的妊娠率的研究 被引量:6

Double transfer improve clinical pregnancy rate for patients with repeated IVF-ET failures

摘要 在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF—ET)中,妊娠率通常在40%~50%左右,对于首次进行IVF—ET治疗的患者成功率可达60%,但仍有部分患者在多次1VF—ET后仍然失败,此部分患者再次行IVF的成功率低于总体的成功率, Objective: To compare IVF outcome following double transfer with that following one transfer among patients with previous multiple IVF failures. Methods: 60 patients with previous more than 2 times IVF failures and with more than 2 available embryos were randomize divided into 2 groups: The study group underwent double transfer of 1 of day 3 embryo and 1-2 of D5 embryos. The control group underwent embryo transfer on day 3 only. Results: Double transfer resulted in a pregnancy rate of 53.3% (16/30),implantation rate of 19.77% (17/86) compared with 23.3%(7/30) and 7.95%(7/88) following day 3 transfer (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Double transfer of embryos may be indicated for repeated IVF failure patients with more than 2 available embryos.
