雄激素在男性不育症治疗中的应用现状

Current application of androgen in the treatment of male infertility

雄激素是精子发生的基础,在男性不育症治疗中具有一定的应用价值,并可作为综合治疗的选择之一。对于雄激素水平低下的男性不育症患者宜采用补充外源性雄激素的治疗方法,对于雄激素水平在生理范围者使用外源性雄激素治疗尚存在争议。雄激素可单独用于男性不育症的治疗,亦可与多种药物联合使用,本文就雄激素在男性不育症治疗中的应用进行综述。

Androgens play a key role in the control of spermatogenesis. Administration of androgen has some values in the treatment of male infertility and can be one of the choices for synthetically therapeutical protocol. It is accepted to supply exogenous androgen for male infertility with low androgen level, but there is still extensively controversial for patients with normal androgen level. Androgen can be solely used or combined with other medicines in the treatment of male infertility. This article reviews the usage of an- drogen in treatment of male infertility.
