微波消解-ICP-OES法测定白芝麻中的18种矿质元素 被引量:8

摘要 采用HNO3/H2O2湿法微波消解制样,利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES),全面详细地分析测定了白芝麻中的矿质元素。共检出18种矿质元素,分析结果RSD值在0.82%~9.17%之间,其中所含人体常量元素Ca、P、S、Mg、K等的质量分数分别为1.40%、0.78%、0.71%、0.36%、0.33%;微量元素Fe、Se、Zn、Cu、Cr、Mn、B、Sr、Al、Si等的含量分别为8.26、4.48、4.24、1.61、0.048、1.40、1.22、7.52、95.6、29.1 mg/100 g。 By wet microwave digestion procedure with HNO3/H202 to prepare samples,the mineral elements in Sesamum indicum L. were completely analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICPOES). The results showed was there were 18 mineral elements in Sesamum indicum L. The RSD of results were between 0. 82% and 9.17%. Among them, the mass fractions of Ca, P, S, Mg, K, some necessary macroelements in the human body, were 1.40%, 0.78%, 0.71% , 0.36% and 0.33% ; and the contents of such microelements as Fe, Se, Zn, Cu, Cr, Mn, B, Sr, Al and Si were 8.26, 4.48, 4.24, 1.61,0.048, 1.40, 1.22, 7.52, 95.6 and 19.1 mg/100g, respectively.
