摘要
针对传统的温控热水器资源利用率低、功能单一等缺点,设计了一种基于I2C和单总线通信的全天分段热水智能控制器。该控制器不仅可以根据用户的需要智能恒温,而且能实时显示实际温度,日历时钟以及循环泵的工作状态。并有实时快速加热、掉电保护等功能。本文详细介绍了系统构成以及软硬件实现过程。实践表明,该系统可靠性好、适应性强、性价比高,达到了预先的设计目标,具有很好的推广价值。
Temperature controller for the traditional low resources utilization rate and single function drawback,etc.A segmented hot-water intelligent controller based on I2C and mono bus communication was designed.This controller can not only operate temperature intelligently according to the needs of user,but also can show the actual temperature,time and the working condition of the circulating pump in time.The controller can also heat rapidly and timely,and have the function of protecting power losing etc.This paper describes the system structure,software and hardware implementation process.Practice showed that the system achieved the design goal and had very good promotion value with good reliability,strong adaptability and cost-effective.
