摘要 为了实现对整个舰艇结构状态长期实时的监控,构建了基于光纤布喇格光栅传感器的监控系统,设计了系统总体硬件电路,给出了系统软件工作流程和寻峰算法流程,并最终完成了对系统的功能验证。经验证,系统实现了多通道同步实时校准的波长解调功能,扫描频率可达4 kHz,能够快速响应监控状态,可直接进行工程应用。 To achieve a long-term and real-time monitoring of the warship and submarine structural state,a monitoring system had been built which was based on fiber Bragg grating sensors.It also had designed the overall system hardware circuit,software flow and the flow of peak searching algorithm.The following work is to validate the system functions,and it carried out the multi-channel simultaneous real-time calibration functions of wavelength demodulation.Because the scanning frequency could be up to 4 kHz,this system was able to quickly monitor the structural state and it could be directly applied to engineering.
