木质材料强化蜂窝纸芯复合板力学性能研究

摘要 在传统蜂窝纸芯单元的粘结处添加一块中密度纤维板支撑条加工成木质材料强化蜂窝纸芯,然后分别将蜂窝纸芯与中密度纤维板及薄、厚胶合板覆贴形成木质材料强化蜂窝纸芯复合板。比较了三种覆面材料制成的空心板多项力学性能并分析了他们的破坏模式。 A wood material enhanced paper honeycomb cores is produced by adding a MDF supporting batten at the bonding point of a traditional paper honeycomb core unit and then sticking the paper honeycomb core, the medium density fiberboard as well as thin and thick plywood together. A number of mechanical properties of the hollow boards made of three kinds of overlay materials are compared and their failure modes are analyzed.
