Law always concerns about the value of life and health.Facing this kind of problems,people may act emotional responses,which can become social effects quickly.Judicature needs to notice the differentiation of valuation especially and handle commensurability problems carefully in these legal issues.Without relevant support of judgment module,judges are difficult to apply different situations to increase the accuracy of judgment,which may lead to an overly cautious way of judgment,or get far from the expectations of public opinions.
