摘要
首先进行了整机的有限元分析,然后通过试验进行了结果验证。在确定了有限元分析结果的有效性后,利用数控机床串联刚度场理论进行了部件级的详细分析,绘制了串联刚度场图谱,分析了机床的刚度分布情况及存在的薄弱环节。
Firstly, the finite element analysis was done for the machine tool, and then the results of FEA were verified through the test. Finally, analysis in the level of component was done using the series stiffness field theory. According to the results, the series stiffness field mapping was drawn, which provided the stiffness distribution and existence of weak links.
