为了提高不锈钢厨具拉伸成型生产线的自动化水平,改善现场工作环境,采用了基于PLC+PC控制模式的机器人,结合重叠检测装置和冲压机的工作特点,构建了包含设备层、控制层与管理层的基于机器人的不锈钢厨具拉伸成型生产线。实验表明,该拉伸成型生产线设计合理,满足生产自动化的需求。

To increase the automatic level of product line of stainless steel kitchenware drawing and forming,improve the working environment.The paper designs a automatic product line based on robot with PLC＋PC control mode includes device layer,control layer and management layer.The result shows that the design of the product line is reasonable and meet with the requirement of automatic product.
